About Us Hazel Ratcliffe the Director & Creator of the company has worked in Social & Health care for over twenty years. As a Qualified Nurse, Psychotherapist & Social Worker. She has been involved in working with most client groups, but more intensively with people with Learning Disabilities, Mental health & Dementia. With a reputation for delivering exceptional training and coaching services to improve the qulaity of support that people receive. She has created a number of innovative training packages which are person centred in their thinking, which is designed to encourage exploration, creative participation and intends to bring the best out of even the most reluctant delegate! She gently challenges the delegates to reflect on their practice & progress the work that they do in what ever way they can, whilst encouraging them to believe that they can make a difference. She is committed to providing training, consultancy or support that is relevant to the individual. There is an opportunity throughout the process to review, amend and develop according to the service needs.
